Mobina Sai is an award-winning journalist from northern Afghanistan. She worked as a journalist, producer, and director of a private radio station for 13 years. For the past six years, she has worked as a Hub Manager at Nai, which is an organization focused on supporting open and strong media in Afghanistan. As a manager at Nai, Mobina was responsible for supporting open media, including provisional training to media professionals in five of the northern provinces of Afghanistan. Additionally, Mobina was a member of several committees and networks focused on promoting human rights, women's rights, and children's rights, and ensuring the rule of law in Afghanistan. She has received multiple national and international awards for her human rights and women's rights work. She holds a BA in journalism
