Guests / CAROL ABI GHANEM

Carol Abi Ghanem is a research manager at the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies. She holds a BA, and an MA in Social and Political Psychology from the American University of Beirut with an emphasis on identity, repression and collective mobilization. Carol’s work focuses primarily on strategic mobilization, tactical change, advocacy and group empowerment. Her recent work has focused on public health issues, political mobilization, youth empowerment and strategic evaluation of programs and interventions. Among the different articles that Carol has published in public health for sexual minorities, she has delivered several trainings for activists on nonviolent change, mental health and activist burnout and group cohesion.
